Our Program
Evolution basketball Academy (EBA) offers individual and group basketball training sessions. Personalized instruction is the secret to improved basketball skills and increased confidence. EBA makes personalized basketball training affordable and convenient for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
EBA is looking for players who are dedicated to improving on the court and off, who have a positive attitude and the drive to get better. EBA has established a program that will help your children excel quickly in all areas of play. We are excited for the opportunity to instill the passion we share for the sport in young kids by teaching them to love the game through hard work and personal success.
Our philosophy at EBA is that great players and people are built from the ground up, literally. To become a good basketball player you must first learn how to use your feet properly in all aspects of the game. Every drill or skill that we teach will focus on the importance of proper footwork and body balance. This idea will be emphasized consistently throughout each session. A good jump shot starts with the feet and legs. Setting effective screens and using screens is a matter of good floor spacing and proper footwork. All great dribblers use their feet and body to protect the ball from defenders. Great defenders understand how to cut-off driving angles and anticipate passes by utilizing efficient footwork and body positioning. If a young player becomes proficient in the fundamentals of footwork and body balance at an early age, then they will likely experience more success as their body and mind matures.
